Business Technology Partners is a New York-based MSP and technology consultant with expertise in networking, voice over IP, unified cabling, audiovisual, and other physical and IT infrastructure projects. In January the company acquired Summit N.J.-based MSP Responsible Computing Solutions in large part to the need to reach more customers across state lines, said BTP President and Founder Josh Aaron.


BTP Completes New IT Management & Virtualization Program for The New York Foundling

New York, NY, January 15, 2018 —Business Technology Partners (BTP), a premier IT consulting company and managed services firm in New York, recently completed an IT Management & Modernization program for The New York Foundling, one of New York City’s oldest and largest nonprofit organizations empowering children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

BTP and its partner company Silverline Technologies worked with The Foundling on a multitude of projects, resulting in more than $60,000 cost savings per year and a more modernized system that allowed The Foundling to better serve its clients across various programs. BTP spearheaded several virtualization initiatives, including centralizing The Foundling’s IT department, which was originally operating at three separate locations, making software upgrades that improved help desk operations, upgrading and backing up legacy systems — plus consolidating and modernizing Electronic Health Records.

Business Technology Partners Successfully Completes Design-Build Project for NY State Public Employees Federation

New York, NY, July 18th, 2017 – Business Technology Partners (BTP), a premier IT consulting company and managed services firm in New York, announces that in 2017 it successfully completed a design-build project of an IT infrastructure upgrade for the NY State Public Employees Federation (PEF) New York City office located at 100 William Street.

BTP had initially handled all aspects of infrastructure design for a low voltage technology infrastructure project for PEF. The scope of work included IT cabling, audio-visual system upgrade, installation of an enterprise wireless network, and implementation of a physical security program. BTP collaborated with Environetics, an architectural firm specialized in sustainable practices.
